New styled side/wing mirrors

Are the squarish new styled side/wing mirrors on our cars (post 2010) the same as those on the W212 sedans ?

Cheers

It looks like MB is using the same mirror across many of the models. I can't say they are 100% identical, but the styling at least seems like it.

I am facelifting my coupe and looking to ditch the round mirrors for the square ones. My old man has a W212 and was thinking of exchanging mirrors with him .....

Seems like the square ones would look better on your car, and the round ones better on mine! I wonder if they are "swappable."

The Sedan/Wagon and Coupe/Cabrio mirrors are not identical, the mirror housing is the same but the mounting frame is not.
