E250 2014 Coupe
Optimum speed for less fuel consumption?
Hello friends, I have the 2014 E250 coupe with petrol fuel, I live in Europe.
I got it 4 days ago and I am still exploring the behavior of it to know it better.
I was wondering in which speed should I keep the speed constant for less fuel consumption? Is there such thing? In how many rpm in the high-way for example?
Thank you

Yes, if the US and European specifications are the same for the 2.1 L Twin Turbo DI, 7 speed A/T, then app 1,600 rpm. The concept is to keep the transmission @ the transmission @ the highest possible gear @ greatest possible load without the engine increasing the rpm. I personally would not normally do that, except for so called "emergency conditions."
