I'll repalce shock aborber because of my taste.
I want to change my shock absorber from sport type to standard type.
I checked coil spring is same for both sport and standard.
The mileage of my car is 20,000miles now.
Despite short mileage, is there something do I have to replace with shock absorber?
Is it not good if I replace only shock absorber?
All other parts are not too expensive, but no.80 bearing of front is expensive.

Front
10 shock absorber
20 shim bottom
30 front spring
40 shim top
50 stop buffer
60 boot
70 ball brearing
80 bearing
90 nut
100 dust cap
130 screw
150 bolt
160 nut
170 bolt

Rear
10 shock absorber
50 hexagon nut
60 nut
110 hexagon head bolt
120 nut
150 shim top
160 rear spring
170 shim bottom

Typically, spring is different for suspension type.
But, this cae of C207, I made a conclusion that sping is same.
Followings are the reasons.
There are only 7 front springs and 2 rear springs for whloe C207 and A207 without classication for sport suspension or standard suspension.
And there is a case which share spring both for sport and non-sport.
W212 uses same spring both for sport and avantgarde.
Of course W212 has more springs for other suspension type such as option code of 482, 485.

If you are definite that your front spring is 2043211004, I am wrong.
But according to my assumption, 2043211004 is not for E350 Coupe Sport.
Where do you get that part number?
Is it not factory equipped?
Did you replace your spring once?
You can get the part number only by determining with color marking on the used part.
You can see the color marking through a gap between front fender and tire.
2043211004 has 1 red and 1 white dot.
Or if color code is not like that, your spring is not 2043211004.

Could you check the color marking for me?
I'll be appreciate you check it for me.
Color marking is like this photo.

Looks like i was right .
My car is stock E350 Coupe Sport Suspension and i have 4 dots on springs , 3 RED and one WHITE where your has 3 dots , 2 YELLOW and one WHITE.
Also from your picture i can see that my wheel gap is less than your.
I use dealer EWA ( EPC ) system to get part number A2043211004 based on VIN , if you ping me your VIN # I can give you your spring part # .
Also based on VIN you can check if your car car factory sport suspension ( which looks like not a case ).

Thanks for checking.
3 red and 1 white is 2043212304.
Mine is same with you.
The photo I showed you is just an example.
And if i am right, whole E350 coupe rwd use that spring regardless of suspesion type like as W212's sport and avnatgarde suspesion use same spring.
I use EPC also.
Attached table is from EPC.
