Mercedes 2012 W207/C207 coupe starting problem
Hiya Guys
need help guys, car wont tick over.
Bought a Mercedes E Class coupe C207 12 plate.
it was damaged from the front, so stripped it off from the front.
battery died
so put it on charge.
repaired the car, put battery in and now start..... it wont even tick.
all the light are on in the ignition, everything else works but it wont tick over to start.
pls pls help.

Your battery is dead. I had the same issue where everything started except the engine, no tick either.
Took it to the shop to do a reading on the battery, and it showed it "could" hold a charge, but for how long? I didn't want to risk that, so i just bought a new battery. Problem solved!

I have just experienced the exact same thing.. Bought a light front end damaged e250 coupe
Now repaired .. Would only start with jump leads but now won't even do that ,just makes a click and then nothing ?
Used a heavy duty mains powered booster and then starts ..
Had a new rad pack fitted but the fan won't kick in so risk of over heating.
Any idea guys ?
