And, how many self-tapping screws are needed for installation?

i used 3m tape and some self tapping screws from lowes probably about 5-6 screws. Use the #8X1.25 or #8X1.5

You know, I have read that the tape is not needed. Thou some people end up using it anyways.
As for the screw size, thanks. I will probably try the 1.5 (About 8 in total)
