So I'm blowing down this county road in my 2014 E550 coupe when all of a sudden this Raccoon the size of a toddler decides he wants to cross the road in front of my car. Theres a thud, then a shudder and then nothing. I pull into the nearest gas station to scope out any damage. It looked like I got by okay except for that chrome molding lip trim piece on the bottom of the bumper, The section on the drivers side is cracked and a piece is missing. Anyone know if this can be a do it yourself replacement job or do I have to take the entine bumper apart to fix it? I've found the part, just curious as to how involved the job would be. I knew that chrome piece would be trouble some day. It sure was for that raccoon.
