Grille differences between 2013 E550 and earlier

2013 E550 Cabriolet; 2004 CLK500 Cabriolet Designo (sold)

Will these grilles fit a 2013 A207?

Do all the pre-facelift W207 coupes and convertibles use the same grille? These two grills are slightly different (see how the one model has a raised area at the top?). Both vendors say that theirs will fit a 2013 A207. Thought I'd get an opinion here before ordering. Thanks!
