Problem with shifting gears
Hello,
My name is Adem and i come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I drive e350 coupe CDI. In my country MB services are very bad and unprofessional. Than I decide to find help here online.
I have problem with my 7g transmission.
VIDEO
Sometimes it happens that i can't change my gears before 2000 when is on comfort or sport, but when I change to manual than i can change (for example on 1500). When taht happens car runs at higher revs on N(neutral)(no matter that engine cold or hot).
That happens sometimes and when it happens i drive cca 10-20km and than is again normal(no problmes can shift normal on 1500 on comfort and sport)...
Thanks in advance, and sorry for bad English.

Hello !!! Search on here on how to get into the diagnostic screen, quite easy to do and see what errors codes are highlighted.
You can also try doing a system reset, it is on the same screen list......
You can also try a transmission reset, again highlighted in a thread, but basically you put the accelerator pedal to the floor and hold, then switch the ignition on to position 2 (ie engine not started) hold the accelerator down for 30 secs ish then switch off the ignition and drive the car normally.........
