No Power to 12 Volt Outlet - Fuse?

No Power to 12 Volt Outlet - Fuse?
I've recently noticed that the power outlet at the ash tray doesn't have any power input while the one at the back works fine.
I called my SA who mentioned that it could be as simple as a burnt fuse and she said I could bring the car in for the repair. Not wanting to take time off of work, I thought I'd try to find the fuse diagram, but to no avail, as yet.
Does anyone have the diagram to the fuse layout? Or could the problem with the power supply be more than just a fuse?

I found the fuse (#71 - 15A) in the trunk. However, it seems to be sealed in place with some kind of a slotted cover and I can't remove the cover in fear of breaking it.
If someone knows how to remove the cover, I'd appreciate finding out. Otherwise, I'm going to have to find the time to get the dealer to work on it. For me, it'll be too time-consuming for what may turn out to be a simple procedure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
