Brake Job Attempted This weekend

First off, I will say this setup is pretty standard and if you have change pads and brakes before on any car before this is doable. You will definetly get some scrathes and cuts if you dont have gloves on because getting those caliper bolts off without a good breaker bar is a bit of a pain.
I changed the front rotors and pads and they are working propertly. I got stuck on trying to remove the Rear passenger side rotor. I was able to get it to swivel slightly on the hub and am thingking that it may have been clamped in by perhaps a parking or emergency brake on the inside of the rotor? You should know that i was working on a slopped driveway, ( i know its stupid but i dont have much space in my garage) So i had the car in park and the emergency Brake On.
My question is, was either the parking brake or emergency brake preventing me from removing the rotor? i've asked a few people and that seems to be the consenses but i'd like to make sure before trying to do a rush job in the street next weekend.
Thank you in advance, and if there is enough interest i'll put up a short DIY Brake change if people want.-
