Pictorial Air Filter Replacement for E350 Coupe
I just did the above process this afternoon and took some picture of the work which took approximately 20 minutes. The pictures should be self-explanatory and shows my 2012 E350C4 with the 276 engine which comes with only one air filter.
It should be noted well that the screw closest to the fire wall is very difficult to access without the shortest possible Torx25 driver. A socket-type driver will not fit in that space.
Replacement is the reversal of the removal process. The two uploads will show 6 and 3 pictures respectively.
Best Regards,
Gurmail

I dont have a 350, but thank you all the same for taking the time to post the information - I'm sure this will be useful to many.
I think the process actually looks harder than that of my E550, due to the screw placement!

Did my air filter change on my E350 coupe MY13’ today and noticed, when you open the air filter box - one half side of it you replace the air filter;—> and the other half seems like it has some “white filter” area exposed but there’s no way to access it to replace .. does anyone know if this part needs replacing and if so how do you open it up to access it and what type of filter is it?
