2011 E350 vs 2012 E350 Coupe
Almost made a purchase yesterday, but wanted to get more feedback from the board.
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/5251409237.html this was the car I was going to purchase, guy wouldn't budge lower than 25+tax.
Wondering if I could get some input on it?
I know the 2012 has a stronger engine, anything else significantly worth waiting for?
I have an '11 E350 similarly equipped and love it. Bought it two years ago with 17,000 miles. Now have 25K.
Not sure of any major upgrades to the '12, but I think the aux cables were moved to the center console from the glove box. That's where they are on my '12 C63.

The Carfax showed two owners. Originally purchased in VA and most recently sold at a SoCal auction
There were 7 service records shown according to the Carfax, all done at MB. I can give the dealer the VIN to verify, I pulled up my own Carfax because I don't ever trust the ones they give.
Clean title and no damages reported.
The car has the P1 package I'm assuming but not the P2? Not sure if there is a significant difference.
Going from almost 270 to 300 hp I'm sure will make a difference as well as 2 more mpg, but not sure if that justifies another 5-6k in cost.
Although the car is out of warranty, I always get my European cars serviced by my uncle who has never charged me for anything and I've had my BMW for 8 years now running.
Thanks!

I've got the 270HP version. By adding a SprintBooster, the car has all the pickup I need in city driving. SB doesn't add more HP, but really increases throttle response.
