E250 CGI

Trunk issue !!

Hi all
I have E250 cgi 2010
I have problem with roof
I closed roof and it look closed but in screen it wrote (top lowering ) so trunk not open and when it be 40km/s it start alarm

Plz help me
How can I open trunk manually when roof not closed

If you look in your car manual you will find a roof closing manual procedure, you will find a long allen key to help complete the process of closing.
As the car had not gone into lock mode above the windscreen locks, that is why you got the warning.
The not good news also is that the locking mechanism in the roof above the windscreen is very expensive to replace if that is what has failed........
