2012 E350 COUPE

Will these fit?

19x8.5 ET43 235/35/19

19x9.5 ET43 255/30/19

Vehicle is all stock...not planning on lowering.

The tire sizes will work fine. The wheel offsets will likely work too (I run 19x8.5 ET40 front and 19x9.5 ET45 rear on my E550 Coupe) but you'd have to confirm with wheel dealer (other considerations like clearance of brake calipers based on spoke orientation, clearance of suspension components).

This is a recommended fitting chart but does not necessarily cover all that would work:
