Firstly do not worry this is a very common issue. It is not getting directly into the car but into the panel space between the inner and outer skin.
It enters down the windows etc. the way to correct it is there are a number of plug holes along the sills on both sides of the car. if you look underneath you will see them, just undo them and let the water out, they sometimes get blocked, just use a big coin to remove the plugs.

I did this and there is still water sounds every time I come to a stop. Are there any other plugs on the car?

Hi, You have to check both sides of the car, the water gets into the doors and sills which is why you here it sloshing around, it is travelling a distance in the panels. There are a number of bungs to check, I do not know the position of all of them!
Just ensure the car is level or drive a little with the bungs out just to shift it!!!
Parts of the long sills are self draining,
On occasions you can hear the fuel in the tank moving but you recognise when it is full etc.

I've had that. Dealer took water drain plugs out and removed water and sand, then cleaned drain plugs. It works for a few years then when sand builds up it needs to be done again.

I just paid dealership to do this.

DONT PAY

it is very easy to do.

There are drain plus on the side of car where you jack up the car.

The black rubber jack points, inside the middle there is a plug you take out.

just use a screw drivers and wiggle it out.

took me 15min

Question regarding leaving out the plugs...

My question is why bother to put them back in? What harm is there in leaviing them out so the sills can not only drain immediately water enters, but air out too?
