I'm not an expert but technically the E-Class coupe is a C207 and the E-Class convertible is an A207. I tend to think that the C207 & A207 both fall under W207 especially when looking for parts.
When searching for aftermarket parts, I tend to search both W207 and C207 even though I have a convertible. There's really nothing under A207.
