2014 e350 fog light button but no fog lights

2014 e350 fog light button but no fog lights
I just recently bought a 2014 E350 coupe.
The car has a fog light button but the car did not come with fog lights. I press the button and the light indicator on the dash turns on but since there are no fogs, nothijg really happens.
Im wondering if anyone has encountered this and hopefully can give me some ideas... Is there a lighting harness behind the front bumper somewhere that can be used to wire lights?
If there is... I want to look into using thr button and install fog lights.

I understand that is the Rear Foglight. What if you want to install front bumper foglights? The parts from the dealer are about $1000 but the question is has the cars been wired for front foglight in the bumper. I have never seen one with it and it would be a nice look if they were added. The switch inside the car already had a setting for front foglight but doesn't include bumper foglight on the American version of this car. I have a 2014 E350 Cabrio
