So a friend of mine has an issue with the rear headrest as they shot out during impact of an accident I'm wondering if there's any way to lower the shot out headrest because I've tried and tried for hours with no luck mercedes is making things harder for us. I've had this problem on an older clk 2008 there was a lever I would insert that would release the hatch and boom pushed down the headrest and convertible started working once again.

The model I'm currently trying to work on is the 2014 E350 cabrio. And if anyone has any tips please let me know it would help me a great deal. Thanks
