Hi guys
First post on this forum and only just picked up my merc so hello to you all.
I picked up my 2011 E350 CDI V6 3.0L Turbo with 45k miles on Friday and love it!!!!!!
I imagine there has been many posts before this about the subject but I'm thinking of doing a middle resonator delete? not the mufflers just the middle res.
Ive seen lots of videos of youtube but the majority are petrol and mine is obviously a diesel.
I was just wondering what it would sound like and if anyone has done it on theres? Any drone or horrible noise? Fitting problems?
If I do do it I'm thinking of just going to two straight pipes rather than an x pipe simply down to cost, because if I don't like it I haven't wasted ££££.

I do not know how the resonator delete would sound on your diesel, but I loved the sound difference on my TT-V8:

you can do that if youre prepared to spend serious dough. but a simple cut and replace wont do you any good. youll just waste your time more than your money.
