2013 E350 Cab Roof Problems.
16,000 miles and already replaced the hinges and now the interior headliner had to be replaced because the interior rear right side headliner doesn't return to its natural closed position. It remains crumbled. From what the SA tells me, whatever brings the fabric back to it's normal place when the roof is closed, broke. It has to be replaced as does the headliner. Probably should have kept my 2006 Lexus Sc 430 which I traded in for this in 2013. That thing was built phenomenally. I blame the wife. She wanted a MB and I bought it for her against my better judgement. Oh well.
Forgot to mention that a seam in the passenger front seat split and had to be replaced at 15k miles. And that's with someone hardly sitting there over those miles. That alone the SA told me wa $1000. Glad I'm under warranty. Unfortunately, it ends in May 2017. And I own this.
