Damaged engine splash shield

I had the unfortunate accident where a part of the engine splash shield got damaged.
has anyone replaced this before? Is it difficult? Is it necessary to replace immediately?

thank you

Umm...yes. Looks like you lost out to a speed bump. Whatever. Your soft underbelly is now exposed and anything from a pebble to a puddle can migrate into the engine compartment and cause havoc.

one more question. i found on a website that there is a difference between a regular e350 and an "AMG body style". There's a badge on the back that says it but I know it's not AMG-performance wise. i bought it used and have no clue. is there such thing as an body style AMG? if so, is there a way to check before i do it?

thank you in advance

AMG body style would show up as code 772 on your car's data card.
