I'm revisiting this thread again and also the rear difuser situation, and reading all again I got confused....
The W205 C63 amg rear diffusor will fit on the W207 amg facelift rear bumper ?

I found a difuser that is direct fit to the W207 but I like more the straight lines of W205 one...

I saved the pictures but lost the link, it was on aliexpress or amazon, can't find it anymore.

I've tried today to install on my car and the reinforcement bar is on the way as you described and I've marked on your pictures, and also the tow hook will not be available anymore, since it won't align any more when needed.

The modifications on the bumper will be doable for someone with skills but not easy.

Just wondering if anyone made the install without cutting the reinforcement bar ?
