I've been searching and listening to different exhaust clips for months, looking for a specific kind of sound. Finally ran across an old video of a 2008 SL 550 that I think is the best I've heard.

Yes it's an SL and yes it's a 2008 and a 5.5 NA...but I'm real curious how this setup would sound on a boosted 4.7. Curious what you guys may think.

Nice, solid low tone sound without any of the usual popping noises that seem to be so popular today. Overall, I like it.

At some point in that video do we actually hear the sound of the exhaust?
