Aux stop working disabled and grey out in engineer mode

Aux stop working disabled and grey out in engineer mode
AUX In stop working
E class coupe 2011 e350 amg outline 2 door v6 diesel silver
The Aux input is grey out and is unticked and i cant active it at all
The aux was working fine for more than a year and all the suddent it came to a stop please help me ......
I tried using different aux cable tried a different mobiles still the same issue
The version of the Engineer Mode :
SW build : 16.203
Date : 16.03.2011

Supplier tyype : 9013
