Thanks in advance. I'm trying to acces the service menu on my 2011 e350 Cabriolet. I follow the instructions online (close door, odmeter showing, first ignition point, answer phone and OK button. But all I get is the horn blows. I have a 2017 here as well and there's no issues accessing that one. Much appreciated with any answers.

Key in 1 position, total mileage showing on speedometer, press and hold answer phone button and immediately press and hold OK button until you see the service menu , page down to service asst and you should be able to follow the prompts. This worked for me.

Your problem could be that you are pressing them at the same time, there needs to be a split second delay before you press the OK button

Thanks for the reply. But like I said when I press the answer phone button the horn blows. I do have another Mercedes here where there's no issues. Goes right to the menus.
