Inconsistent Paint Color Nomenclature
I asked the dealership about this and they had no clue.
In some documents, the paint color of my car is referred to as "Lunar Blue" and in others it's called "Cavansite Blue". Does this happen with any other colors, and does anyone know why?

Data card (actual color) = 890U Cavansite Blue Metallic
Dealer Ads & brochure = Lunar Blue Metallic
Same color for whatever reason name was changed
Owner’s manual, EPC shows only hard copy manual.

Cavansite is a mineral that is the same blue as the Mercedes Lunar Blue. If you look at the Mercedes websites in other countries, say the UK or Germany, you will see this color described as "Cavansite Blue". I guess Mercedes marketing felt the US market lacked the smarts to figure out what cavansite was. I have a Lunar Blue/Cavansite E550 Cabriolet with "porcelain white" leather and it's the best looking car I've ever owned.
