Satellite Radio Module Location on A207
I believe I have a failing Satellite Radio Module (SDAR) on 2013 E350 Cabriolet. I can't find the module to test it and I don't want to start aimlessly removing finishes searching for it. Responses i've received on general forums have been incorrect. Does anyone know where they hide it away on the A207 chassis?

Thanks Konigstiger. I've seen that instruction before. Unfortunately that's not what it looks like on the 2013 Cabriolet. The unit they call the SDAR is actually labeled as the main COMMAND module and lifts out easily after a couple of screws are removed. There is no other equipment that I can see in that area without removing a lot of additional trim.

Sorry I vanished for a bit. Between Christmas and travelling to visit family and the ridiculous cold spell we've had, I just didn't really have time to work on this. I did order a MOST Fiber loop to do the diagnostics on the various modules, but today when I went to start working on it, I learned the stupid adapter loop thing I bought doesn't fit this vehicle. Argh!
someone asked: Did I try to "reboot" by pressing and holding the power button? Yes. There is no response from the system - Although SOMETIMES the power button will flash. I looks like it stays on for 4 seconds, off for 1 second, then back on for 4 seconds. No response from the unit if I press and hold.
Even though I haven't resolved my issue, this thread has a lot of good information in it, so as I continue making progress, I'll keep this thread updated.
