I've been told that software in this car does not allow an IPhoneX to wirelessly connect to ApplePlay. The wireless charging works, but I have to use the USB cord to connect to ApplePlay. Dealer said I would have to wait for a new software version. Is this familiar to anyone?

In all of my previous cars I have had to plug my phone in to use CarPlay and when I picked up my 18 e400 they told me I had to plug it in too.

i always had to plug my phone in also....but with wireless charging and NFC I thought it would be easy to connect wirelessly
