[HELP] 360 Cameras Not working and remote battery warning
[1] My 360 cameras stopped working. At first it was an intermittent issue, but now the cameras dont work at all. When going into reverse or pressing the favorite button, the screen goes into camera mode, but there is just blank screens with the normal "check your surroundings" message. I did some research and there may be issues with the connectors. I've tried manipulating the trunk connector and the front connector but no changes. I was going to buy a replacement cable for the trunk as some others have indicated but tracing the wire from the trunk cameras goes somewhere into the cabin of the car. Does anyone know where the other end goes? Does it go all the way to the front? I do have a crack on my front windshield that does go all the way up to the top of the windshield where the front sensors are. Could this possibly affect the 360 cameras? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I know if I bring it into the dealer it will be a fortune so I am going to try and fix it on my own.
[2] I always have a message on the gauge that my remote battery is low. I've replaced both my remote batteries with brand new energizers, but the message will not go away. Again, I searched and tried all the things people have said. I tried the thicker batteries and trying to make sure the springs are all contacting the battery. The remotes work just fine, but the message that they are low on batteries never goes away.
Again any help would be greatly appreciated!
TIA

Thanks for response. Message specifically says check key fob battery.
I was optimistically hoping to find easy fixes for my issues, as since getting the car I have had just a growing number of small things that make me just want to get rid of the car. I love the power and luxury, but hate all the headaches I have had with it.
