WILL UPDATING MY NAV AFFECT MY OE TUNING?

Hi all, I am in desperate need of updating my navigation software and am worried it will override my OE Tuning? May seem silly but I’m a worrier! I have a 2010 e550 NA (coupe). Any input would be greatly appreciated.
