Looking for suggestions
I know I'm being ****, but it's staring me in the face...LOL. Any thoughts on how to replace, repair or touch up this part?

Replacement - remove airbag see attachment, remove trim view connecting points here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-2013-M...-/122200950952 need VIN for part #.
