I loaded music onto my internal hard drive using a memory card, and although most the albums are in order, some empty albums loaded. It shows a cover but there’s no music. Thinking the memorycard might be corrupt, I deleted all files on the music register, and reloaded music from a brand new memorycard.
Same situation but it also shows older albums which I didn’t put on the new memorycard, suggesting the hard drive didn’t wipe entirely. How do I wipe the hard drive successfully?
