CLK63 nonBS calipers to E550
Hi everyone, I also posted in the CLK forum.
I have been doing a lot of research and it seems about the only parts MB does a great job at is hiding the caliper mount part number. If I were to purchase a new caliper would it come with the mounting bracket as one whole piece? I want to swap AMG brakes on my m278 E550 since they’re terrible to put it lightly. And, before I start doing turbo swaps and making big power I want better braking first. I know about c63 w204 calipers and getting an adapter, but the CLK63 non BS model share the same knuckle and my rotors are already 14.2” so if I had the part number it would be a direct bolt on. Does anyone know when purchasing new calipers if it comes with the brackets? Any help is much appreciated!
