Massage Seats in 2018 E400 Coupe, what about my butt?
One of the comfort features I most enjoyed about my friends 2018 E350 Sedan (earlier build) was the massage seats. I lamented not having it in all of my BMW’s over the years until I got my 2018 E400 Coupe.
I noticed two things that seemed to be missing even though I have Level 3 Package.
1) In my friends E350 the massage feature also massages your butt/thighs - it’s the full seat getting all the action. In my new E400, only the back gets massaged. No seat action at all. Has anyone else noticed this? Why would they change this on a newer model?
2) Active side bolsters For some reason, there’s no side bolster action happening when I go around curves or in turns like my friends E350. I can’t find anywhere in the menu where I can select or activate this.
