I need to replace both headlights on my 2015 E400 cabriolet. The part numbers are A2078201259KZ and A2078201159KZ.

When I look on Ebay, it tells me that the A2128209359KZ is compatible, what is the difference? Is the A212 adaptative? No LED?? Does it even fit???

 

207 is the Coupe / Cabrio platform and 212 is the Saloon / Estate platform. Although they are both E class, they have different chassis and panels. I'd be surprised if the 212 headlights were a direct replacement for the 207 ones, but they could be one of the shared components.
