I have a 2014 E 350 coupe and my Satellite radio keeps saying "NO Service". I called Sirus and they tell me everything is fine on their end. Anyone having this problem? I start the car and it comes on for about a minute and then cuts out..

I found no fix. Finally discontinued Sirius subscription

Been this way since day 1. Dealer tried to fix but no luck

you mean it hasn’t worked for 7 years? They have matched both the code and the vin?

yes never worked since new that is why I no longer subscribe to Sirius radio.

Did you ever contact MB or a different dealer? Sounds like incompetence to me. Did you ever have the preview channels?

ElvisFan0108 gave you good advice to check if you can even get the Preview channel...which you should be able to hear.

I dealt with this on two Porsche cars...both times it was antenna issues. I got it addressed with the dealer as soon as it became even an intermittent problem.

Definitely DO go to a different dealer for another opinion.

I am experiencing the same issue. At random points during my drive, Sirius radio will turn off and on the screen will read “Noservice”, although I am in heavily serviced areas. I have had no issues with previous cars and Sirius XM in the same areas. I have no idea what it is, must be related to some kind of antenna but I cannot locate it. if anyone knows where the XM antenna is please let me know.
