Remote start

Is remote start an available feature via the mbrace app on the ‘16 e400 coupe? I’m being told conflicting information by the mbrace reps.

I have MY 2017 E400C4 and I do not have remote start. When I called MB and discussed why the remote start in the app would not work, I was told my car did not have this feature.

Thanks for the responses. It’s very disappointing that a car that originally stickered for almost $70,000 does not have remote start! 😑

It was standard on my 2013 Sonata Ltd. Included on my 2014 5 Series BMW

Remote start

I have a 2014 E550 currently can’t remote start my car but they did say I can bring to dealer for a technology upgrade I will be looking into this when I bring in for air bag recall
