Recent 2016 E400 Coupe owner here. I really like how the Full LED Headlights look but my car didn’t come with them. Is it possible to upgrade? Would the Mercedes Dealer do it? I’d be afraid if I try to do it myself it would void my warranty.

I looked into this on my 2015 e400 coupe and I learned the wiring harnesses were in fact different plus the lights are ridiculous expensive. So after 2 years... I purchased a new 2017 with the led headlights in place. The lights do rock.

Thanks for the response Andrew! Yeah it seems like it would be more $$ and hassle than it’s worth. I’ll probably do what you did and enjoy it for a few years and eventually upgrade to a newer model. I do love seeing those dual LED torches driving by though.
