Hi, I drive a E200 CGI cabrio model year 2010. A delightful car to drive, however when I quietly accelerating I hear a ticking noise coming from the rightside. It is certainly an engine sound. If the engine is cold, then this sound is louder. It lies between the 1500 and 2500 rpm. In the garage everything is checked, distribution chain, timing, bougie's, no error codes present. Everything turns out to be in perfect condition. Even at minimum pressing the throttle I hear the pulsing ( knocking ) noise. When the engine is warm the noise is 70% less. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks in advance
