Anyone have any idea what that whirring/howling sound is at 1800 rpm? Only happens soon as the engine temp needle hits 90 degrees... There fore that would rule out the new turbo i had fitted 10k miles ago. The thing is, im not quite sure if it has always done it and ive only just noticed since having a baby as my radio is always quiet now.

I spoke to a few people and apparently a lot of Mercedes make the same noise & is normal just some haven't heard it before.
