Spark Plug Replacement

I'm being told that the issue with my 2014 E550 Cab is that the #3 spark plug has failed and it is misfiring. The garage claims that each spark plug takes 45 minutes to replace and the labour costs with diagnosis are $700 to replace every plug !!!

Can this be true? Do you think it is necessary to replace all spark plugs or just the one that failed at this time?

That sure seems a high price to pay for plugs. How many miles/kilometres on it?
i would replace them all at the same time.

Bu11 *****. Then the garage has no idea what they are doing. It does take a while, but even if your engine has two plugs per cylinder, it doesn’t take 45 minutes each. Go somewhere else or do it yourself. It’s not hard.
