2014 E550 Coupe

C207 Facelift Carbon Fiber??

I have had my 2014 E550 Coupe for a while now and wanted to switch the look of it just a bit. I have looked at wheels and other modifications but am interested in getting carbon fiber parts for the car but have seen not much after searching for days. I've seen plenty of aftermarket carbon fiber options for pre-facelift C207 cars, but only carbon fiber bits such as (Carbon Fiber Mirrors and Spoilers for the facelift versions).

I was interested in buying a carbon fiber diffuser that could fit a quad tip exhaust style for face-lift. Would any of the pre-facelift carbon fiber fit on the facelift with slight modifications? Maybe also from a C class?
