Part of my air intake box?
Curious what this is and if it’s needed?
I’m always looking for more power, so does it serve a purpose or restrict air flow?

I have k&n’s in it and want as much flow as possible am looking into putting a c400 cold air intake on it since it’s the same motor I believe later on.

I did a search, but I have no idea what it’s called...lol.

Some of these parts only exist to quiet the intake. Maybe see how the car runs and sounds without it.. shouldn't hurt anything.
