Front Struts leaking: did someone replaced electronic to std?
Need some help with my 11' c207 E350. Car is equipped with ARS suspension (code 483) and yesterday I found a little leaking dirt at my left strut.
Thing is OEM struts are Monroes and this models are impossible to find in my country (only at dealer with 1/3 of car's value). Also, I never drove in bad pavement and a leak with 62.000km seems to early (I had replaced my w203 c320 and w210 struts with more then 100.000 km without losing action or leaks. My w210 is VERY heavy, its a Guard-factory armoured protected model and even with that, struts were good)
Seems a good idea to replace ARS monroes to a SACHS 316608 sport set or a BILSTEIN 22197849 standard set , but when I disconnect ARS wire at shocks, car goes to "sport" mode at dash and I have no option to disable it anymore. Also, obviously I've got ADS fault codes when checking with star diagnosis (I have one at home). Fault codes are related to shock valve disconnected (c152e13 for the left and c153113 for the right).
Well, my question is: anyone had replaced this shocks to some non-electronic? How can I disable ARS setting to avoid it locked at sport option and getting ads fault codes on diagnosis?
Thanks in advance.

Something to consider MB parts catalog documents original front struts installed @ production (part # 2073231900) must no longer be installed indicating modification. Approach MB Brazil to see if they will offer goodwill no cost replacement or replacement assistance since originals are defective. Post VIN for part confirmation / documentation to support claim.
