2009 model advertised as 265ps pls verify

2009 model advertised as 265ps pls verify
So there are few e350cdi coupes from 2009 advertised as 265ps. To my understanding the 265ps facelift came late 2010. Am i missing something? please can someone verify?

The way I understood it was in 2010-2011 a limited edition was available with the 265ps version engine.
From late 2011 all 350CDi BEFF models were given the upgrade.
I've had my late 2011 CDi Sport BEFF Cabrio for almost 5 years and its been umm.. emotional!
Purchased from one owner with FSH on 53k, about to hit 100k by the new year...
Serviced by local independent Merc specialist, on time every time
Bottom end engine failure 18 months ago and replaced with a recon unit which (knock wood) is still going...
Air con not working since - haven't bothered getting it seen to this summer which was a touch painful
AirCap stuck 2 years ago - took a whole day to retract it again - never used since
Start/Stop failed 2 years ago - of course, no complaint there
