M271.860 fast drop of fuel pressure after shutting down the engine.
Hello,
my E250 CGI requires few seconds to start even if it was shut down few seconds ago.
I tested fuel pressures with my scan tool and found that after a shut down rail pressure immediately drops from 55 bar to something like 8-10 bar. At the same time low fuel pressure goes up and reaches 6-7 bar.
Should the rail pressure drop so quickly?
Also, is it normal for low pressure fuel system to reach 6-7 bar? Even at idle it's about 6 bar, but gets lower to 4-5 bar when revving the engine.
If 6-7 bar is too high can it be related to long cranking before engine starts?
Thanks!
