Got a postcard today referencing a class action suit regarding a variety of MB's including 2010-2019 E-class. Musty odor from the HVAC system. Didn't realize this was a 'thing'. I do get the smell but always thought it was because I only drive the car 2-3 thousand miles a year. It goes away pretty quickly (especially with the top down). I received the notice a few weeks ago, but my car had already been to the dealer and treated under warranty. Although I don't know how long the effect will last, I must say that whatever they sprayed in the system did completely eliminate the odor.

 

Quite common with MB from what I understand. I too have received the postcard but won't be jumping on the bandwagon as lawyers are scum.
