I just purchased a gorgeous E400C from my local dealer and after checking the air cleaners I see they did not service the car before putting it up for sale. It was a model year 2017 lease return with 51,000 miles so I know things like the spark plugs should have been replaced but I doubt anything has been done. I searched for preferred oil and found Leichtlauf High Tech oil but I've never used it. I assume 5W40 is OK for this 6cyl turbo?

I used this kit and will keep using it, best buck for the money. Yes 5W-40 Liqui Moly oil is a way to go and it has been originally used by my dealer for ages. Never had any issue with it. Hope this helps.
