C207 E200 2010 Headunit upgrade
Hi I wanted to upgrade my head unit to the android headunits but is unsure if it is compatible. Currently in market are headunits for NTG4.0 and above but my car is fitted with 510- Audio20 Radio with CD Changer.

Yes, I believe it is compatible. Audio 20 is the model level, it will then run a version of NTG which I believe was NTG 4.0 from 2010 to 2012 when Audio 20 moved to NTG 4.5 (which is what mine has and I have fitted the Android Headunit).
