Power loss and now overheating
hi im after some help i have an e350 2011 model and ibe owned the car for about 2 months and initially it was great but last week it sempt to pull like a train for 5 mins then juat die asif the turbos wernt there no more then id pull up turn the car off and again for 5 mins perfect
no smoke nothing then after about 4 days it finally threw the eml on and it code read as the egr valve now ive had it off and it was sooted up but nothing drastic,
ive just refitted it removed the eml via a code reader and now still the power is only there for about a minute and its overheating now but again no eml
Any advice as the car is under warranty but im getting the usual without the eml on we cant diagnose it

Welcome to the forum! Power loss from heat soak/bad thermostat may be your issue but that's really just a wild guess. I see you mentioned turbos though.. is your engine modified? if not and its under warranty, just run it till the check engine light comes back on and bring it in for service. good to get it checked by a professional if its a new car to you.
